For commercial motor vehicle drivers, Care One of Florida offers the government-mandated Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration physical exam, commonly known as the DOT physical. These periodic examinations are design to monitor health conditions that could be caused or aggravated by the long periods of sitting and whole body vibration experienced while driving, and the bending, twisting and heavy lifting that may be required in related daily duties including performing mechanical repairs and loading or unloading.

Although DOT physicals typically are offered at the worksite, many drivers prefer the comfort and privacy of a clinic setting.
